AD Almada Worship
AD Almada recognises the importance of praise in worship and in consecration to God. As leaders, we believe that praise should have Christ at the centre of every song and encourage an inclusive congregational expression that respects and values different generations and cultural sensibilities. We believe this diversity is a treasure that contributes to the excellence of the service we offer to God and to the Church.
More than three decades of worship
For more than three decades, we have organised Worship Conferences and encouraged the training and preparation of the musicians who serve in our congregations. Along the way, original worship songs have been written, and continue to be written, expressing our spiritual journey and reflecting the identity and history of our local church.
Every week, the Worship Ministry team meets to rehearse, prepare and refine the music for our times of celebration and proclamation of the Word of God. We do so with dedication, seeking to make every moment of praise a genuine expression of worship and a contribution to building up the Church.
AD Almada Worship – School of Worshippers
Out of this experience, and aware of our responsibility to prepare and equip the next generations, AD Almada Worship – School of Worshippers was born.
The main goals of this initiative are:
- To promote the musical growth and development of participants.
- To deepen biblical knowledge of the foundations of the worship ministry.
- To awaken, inspire and equip others for this service.
We also want the school to be a platform for sharing, learning and inspiration, through initiatives open to other churches, placing the experience and resources gained over the years at the service of the Body of Christ.
